  1. McInnes didn't scout Hernandez. Atlanta and Aberdeen compared their scouting lists, Atlanta had Hernandez on theirs. We were allegedly in the market for a right back, the possibility of Ronnie was put to McInnes and he said yes. Jack McKenzie would have been at Atlanta on loan were it not for Covid supposedly Not saying I believe any or all of it, just repeating what was said

  2. I wouldn't bother. The moisture needs somewhere to go. Just get tanalised timber and be done with it. If you don't do it the way Tom suggests, it's best not to bother with it. Wood will happily get wet and dry out again if the moisture runs into the slab (or slabs?). A DPM could result in the water getting trapped. Screwing the timber to the slab a good shout. I'd recommend concrete screws, they're fucking ace.

  3. Yep, it's clearly bollocks. McInnes, who's scouting targets consist of players who've once had a good game against one of his teams, scouted a random Venezuelan fullback, who's valued at twice the amount we've paid for any player this century. It's all very good being "transparent", but when you've got Rob McLean asking pre-filtered questions with absolutely no follow up, it's a complete waste. If it was transparent then you'd have a fan (maybe one of the dons podcast folk) or independent interviewer asking the questions. Don't get me wrong, he doesn't have to do anything, but we're not likely to get answers to anything meaningful.

  4. If yer going with concrete put the DPM under the slab so it stops ground moisture at the first hurdle and protects what is the main structural layer. You can then fix battens/ posts etc into the slab without damaging it - DPMs should never be fixed with nails etc as these lead to tears effectively making it useless.

  5. Missed that part unfortunately. That's the sort of thing you'd hear a Hun trot out. Nobody is questioning whether Brown was right or wrong, because we know that he was wrong, that's not open for debate. We're asking for an apology. If they're convinced of his character then they're convinced he's correct about Logan lying. Because anyone with any character, and so called leader, would have the decency to publicly apologise whilst they hoover up the adulation for hugging a hun. Why isn't he sure? He should be absolutely fucking certain. Did he even ask? Why not just say that he's a good player and we're willing to overlook any dubious history because of that?
