  1. Aye been brilliant. Into extra time at 3-3 with Italy coming back from being 2-0 and 3-1 down. Red card there was there 6th of the tournament for Italy. Germany v Denmark into extra time as well after finishing 1-1.

  3. I disagree. I think the heart of the issue is that the away goal rule was brought in to encourage the away team to attack a little more because in the 60's getting around Europe was a far more gruelling process and facilities were much poorer. Now that isn't the case and it now actively encourages teams to be more defensive at home. Disproportionately so. You're absolutely right, indeed you could flip the exact scenario I gave around. I.e Aberdeen get the late equaliser in the second leg in Germany. Its still nuts that the game doesn't go to et and pens and your point about being defensive away is just switched to being defensive at home. Dunno about you but I would much rather see the dons go for it at home. Put it this way if/when it's scrapped I doubt anyone will be pining for it in a few years time.

  4. Aye, there was the Korean player that he commented about chinky's, slanty eyes and eating dogs. "having a go on" the female agent's (possibly) fake tits. And slagging the overweight Jewish football agents penchant for money and overall greed. It was with a colleague or colleagues on work mobiles, not private conversations? Not entirely sure that's "banter" either as none of the people being discussed were involved in the "banter". To me it would suggest an endemic workplace culture, and his attitude seems to be that he can say and do anything.

  5. That's not how I remember it. I thought it was several exchanges with different people using his work email. Could be wrong. For me, it's a bit like the Brown situation, you show contrition, address it head on and apologise. Mackay never really did much other than address the fact that he was caught. I like the idea of forgiveness, and much as I'd absolutely forgive Brown, I'd do the same for Mackay if I was a county fan. However that option isn't really there if the club just try and hide and wait for it to go away which is the approach County and AFC took. It's all a bit pathetic really, I doubt it'll ever be worth the hassle for County.

  6. Just because you hear it everyday does not make it right. Mackay is not the victim of anything. He is a racist who got outed for his backward views. Nothing more.

  7. Dark waters. Excellent film and very dark. Always suspected du pont were cunts (large yank company) and this very much confirmed it.
