You won't find any of the 24 carot gold zoomers on here and we are a friendly bunch that know how to disagree on matters without resorting to petty name calling. I thought he played well, or as well to be expected. You get what you get with him. As far as body language etc- I wouldn't read too much in to stuff. Thought he put in a professional shift. JG adressed his situation postmatch and said he 's been nothing but a pro all preseason and getting along well with everyone. Was active around the goal mouth, misplayed a couple but release a good shot that required this save in first half.

I tottaly agree, like I said the other day I closed my acc on the hat as it has some real nasty bastards on it! From wishing Lewis ferguson would die to making jokes about Zerouali"s death! Real scum on there but it does have a few ok posters. But massively out weighed by the putrid ones.

Not exactly the biggest fan of Kennedy but without a shadow of doubt he was our stand out performer today. He has looked good in the games so far. I assume he is out of contract next summer and playing for a new contract ?

I liked how McCrorie seemed pushed up more, thought his leadership on defense last year was impressive but I like that JG sees him in more of an attacking MF role. Kennedy was all over the pitch, great to see- hope it continues.

What I was trying to say was that on the day of the match, there was only one available match thread. Shocking. I expected at least four given the importance of the game. Is it on the telly?

If you look at the bare “data”, Ferguson looks a cracking buy considering his goals/games/caps/age. Hopefully another sell on clause goes in and he might make us another few mill in a couple of years time. Will be interesting to see whether he goes on to bigger and better things or fades away. Good luck to him if he heads over to Italy, great opportunity for a young player.
