I hope we have told Celtic to shove it in this case. Scales is surplus to requirements at Celtic whereas Barron is a great prospect who is going to be a key part of our team. If they want to chuck us 3 million and Scales then sure but we better not let him go on the cheap to get Scales in.

I’d say mccrorie in midfield has a similar influence to shinnie, tremendous work rate energy and presence. Would like to see hayes moved to left back assuming Mackenzie isn’t fit. Play Vinny and kennedy/Morris wide and clarkson at 10. Little too much change though and I expect mccrorie at the back. 3-0, miovski Vinny and scales

We've still not heard anything about Coulson which is worrying. He was supposed to be getting an mri on his ankle today. Not to sound heartless but if it's bad I wonder if the loan can be cancelled and his wage redeployed . I really hope its not bad though, I've liked the look of him from the little we have seen.

Nah, not convinced. Could play as part of a three if we were playing a 4-5-1, but don't think you'd want either there against a team outwith the scum. Unless we're doing a McInnes game management of course. I don't see the two of them playing together without a shoehorn involved. It'd be a little bit like when we played Ferguson there. He wasn't poor, but you need someone better at that role. Agree about Ronan, I would have preferred him, but now Clarkson is here we don't need him.
