  1. I check here every day and really appreciate the interaction. Given I live overseas, I don’t have anyone to talk to about Aberdeen, although I do have a couple of yanks and two Brazilians I work with in my EPL fantasy league who have all shown interest in the dons and now follow our scores. My endless venting has made it impossible for them to ignore us. anyway, I talk to myself here half the time and occasionally reply to my own posts but who gives a shit really. Appreciate you all contributing!!

  2. Re-MacKenzie: I think he's been our most improved player this season, and along with Shinnie our player of the season. Ken it's only seven games, but think he's on for a very good season.

  3. Would that be the Sociedad game that took place before the league season started? Dons lost 3-2 on the Thursday then 3-0 the following sunday in the league opener with the arabs

  4. Fuck right off Killie cunts If you can't handle the demands, then don't play European football. Don't remember them complaining when we came back from playing in Europe on a Thursday night and having to play them on the Sunday

  6. I didn’t think barron was a permanent starter for us. I think he’s the best of a bad lot there, I don’t think that’s a good team and I don’t think they have a particularly good coach. flip side, I’m liking Thelin and his philosophy, and the style of play we seem to be adapting. shinnie, sivert, polvara, clarkson, McGrath, plus hopefully, and this is a biggie, ante is a legit player, that’s a solid center midfield group. Throw in transfers too and our somewhat successful philosophy there, plus general club finance, it appears to be two clubs heading in different directions.

  7. The reason he nearly went to Atlanta in my opinion, is because he needed game time, wasn't getting it with us and was at a time when we were rimming those cunts on the other side of the pond. Against all of that, I agree he isn't worth big money but unlike some, I believe he is perfectly competent at the level we operate at. Perfectly happy for him to sign on for another two or three years

  9. 6 wins out of 6. Don't care if 3 of those came against part-timers. His team is on a run. They'll be defeated soon, it's to be expected. It's how they respond to multiple defeats that interests me. Stephen Glass' team had a great start, and ultimately lost all confidence. But Thelin said right at the start its a 3 year job to turn things around. We need to give him those 3 years in full if we are to break this horrible cycle
