Fun fact: Kevin Nisbet, when in Glasgow, is one of the many stars to frequent my gym alongside Philippe Clement, half the Glasgow Warriors team and that girl that was on Love Island. I feel I can work on a fitness programme with Nisbett to help get him into the shape the Aberdeen fans demand. Shit, my "walk 30 minutes then run for two minutes if the walk hasn't knackered you" workout ain't shifting that timber.

My attitude towards the co-efficient is that it can get fucked. All it does is help the Old Firm line their pockets with mad Champions League money which I don't think does our league any favours. I was quite happy to see St Mirren and Killie doing well in Europe but I can't pretend I care about the co-efficient when I enjoy seeing Celtic and Rangers lose as much as I do. I will never want either of them to win any game ever.

That was my view on Kevin Nisbet two years ago at the height of his fame and he's done nothing at Millwall to change my mind. That said, he wouldn't be the worst signing to make. He's probably about as good as Sokler, who - let's be honest - is probably in the average category at the moment until he proves otherwise. While that doesn't sound like Nisbet would come in and improve us, I'd say both Sokler and Nisbet are better than Gueye and Ambrose, and therefore it would improve our options and depth, if not the starting XI. Ideally we sign someone better than all of them, but you don't unearth a Miovski every season.

Seen that, can't say it excites me. Seems to spend most of his time on the table.

Called it on the match thread after yesterday afternoon's game, although did later change it to hoping we got the Huns on account of them probably being an easier proposition

I check here every day and really appreciate the interaction. Given I live overseas, I don’t have anyone to talk to about Aberdeen, although I do have a couple of yanks and two Brazilians I work with in my EPL fantasy league who have all shown interest in the dons and now follow our scores. My endless venting has made it impossible for them to ignore us. anyway, I talk to myself here half the time and occasionally reply to my own posts but who gives a shit really.
