Club need to call out the ref and UEFA. Laws of the game it’s not a handball. Far too close, and arm in a natural position. More importantly though the ref can’t issue a yellow following a VAR review for a routine yellow card offence. Only for simulation if they’ve originally given a pen (dissent) or downgrading a red to a yellow following review. Not sure how it’s possible to happen in the circumstances. Surely someone in the VAR team could have pointed out the error in the CR’s officiating??
Went on walking tour this morning and the guide, spotting the Dons badge, said, "I hope you thrash those motherfuckers"...was impressed with his command of English (he's a Rapid fan, FCSB being the commie team).
No, it is fans that misunderstand players Rico. A club is a way of life to a fan and some fans have an unreasonable expectation that it is the same for players. Football is just their job. There is no loyalty in the game. The guy was only at Pittodrie for five minutes, yet folk have some unrealistic fantasy that because of that he would never sign for our rivals.
The referee saw the possible foul, and didn't call it. There was no reason for VAR to intervene. The handball rules are awful, but they do not state that all connections with a hand are handball.
Jensen was terrible

The above is aimed at Thelin, and the numerous Dons fans that think that he might be because he did it once in primary school.
Totally agree. Handball was unavoidable at the pace they were moving and the ball bobbles as striker lost footing
I thought he touched the trailing leg but outside the box. I could've lived with that decision.
This game sums up where we're at and why, truthfully, FCSB are doing us a bit of a favour here.
We've had good moments, were the better team for 35 minutes, and signs are that we're going in the right direction.
But we're not clinical, throw away goals too easily, and we're not good enough for the Europa League. As glamorous as it would be, some of the teams in there would have pulled our pants down.
That said, 3-0 harsh on us.
He might be, but that's from the uefa website and bizarrely you have to give UEFA your correct formation for the teamsheet.
He's not in squad because he's been distracted by a bid late last night.
Thelin will have more on BBC Scotland's excellent coverage later, from 19:15 BST.
As far as I can see, there are four currently selected men’s Scotland squads: full side, 21s, 19s and 17s. Cooper Masson and Fletcher Boyd in the 19s are our only representatives. That’s a grim state of affairs.
