  2. I'll take that, that's easily the best team we have played so far this season and we had them nervous and time wasting the last ten minutes. We defo could have done better on their goals but there were some spells in the second half I liked what I saw going forward. Especially when you consider at one point we were staring down the barrel of a gubbing. Lazetic is incredibly unfortunate not to have his first goal (but a hell of save it has to be said) but delighted it was Devlin to tuck it in. Agree it's his best game as dandy, my biggest take on him from tonight (spin and volley aside) is for a big lad he much prefers taking high balls down than getting his head on it much like Marouane Fellaini used to. He had some really nice wee touches too and he certainly puts a shift in...... a few more perfomances like that maybe our 9 worry will ease a bit. It was good to hear the fans singing and not booing at full time though shame on anyone who booed Nilsen on the park as far as I'm concerned.

  4. To the cocks in the Red Shed that think it is acceptable to boo one of our own players on to the pitch, get the fuck out of my club

  5. What just happened. Ball went in the netty thing at the end of our park and people are dancing?

  6. I may be wrong (occasionally I am) but I don't seem to remember reading anything about him being injury prone prior to signing for us. A real shame as I think there is clearly a player in there. Wish him a speedy recovery and hope he can get back on track with an injury free run of games for us.

  7. Think it's symptomatic of where society is these days. It's one of extremes...Regardless it was pathetic and embarrassing. Don't want it to tarnish what was a vastly improved performance level. This gives me the glimmer of hope that he can turn things around (please make it so).

  8. The thing I don't get is why some fans passionately hate him so much. He did fine when he came on tonight I thought, I know his form has dipped a bit from the player we had this time last season but he's certainly not been booed onto the pitch bad.

  9. Aye, that was a good performance tonight. They were a very good team, they'd wipe the floor with the Tims. Some of the stuff they played was top class, and their pressing and movement was exceptional, we barely got a second on the ball. Bit harsh to blame anyone for second and third goals, the cross for the second was sublime, and the entire move for the third was top class. I didn't get a great view of the first, but looked a decent finish too. Milne, Devlin and Lazetic absolute stand outs as everyone has mentioned. Milne looks as good as McKenna was, but probably better on the ball, and just as quick. Devlin is just ace, and there's no chance on earth that Jensen would have been there to score that header, and if he had, he'd have been second to the ball too. The shoulder barge to win the one-on-one was just class too, although I suspect some of you think that shoulder barges should be a foul..... Clarkson wasn't great, in a very unfamiliar role, Palaversa was average too, and Armstrong didn't get himself involved enough. The three replacements far outperformed them. The booing was pathetic, I'm not quite sure what Nilsen has done to deserve it, and he played well tonight. Keskinen worked hard, but his decision making was poor, but a few more weeks with Karlsson and against poorer opposition and we could have something. Mitov was okay, the conditions were difficult for a keeper, especially down the RDS end, where the wind was blowing the ball about a lot, even on the ground when kicking. Will be interesting to see how we use the squad for Sunday. There were a lot of tired legs out there at the end. I could see justification for Jensen ahead of Devlin in that regard.

  10. Yes, Milne looks much more assured in a 3. Thought Topi did OK but as someone else said doesn't seem to know what to do when he's got the ball. Clarkson put in a great shift helping Devlin make sure the WB nearly always had to turn back. But Devlin was just superb - he'll either be at LB on Sunday or on the bench

  11. Agreed, the booing of Nilsen was very hunesque and reminded me of the dark days of JC's tenure. Recall Foster and Byrne maybe getting that treatment? I mind it definitely happening at a Falkirk game and a mate of mine up from London couldn't believe we booed our own onto the pitch

  12. Decent performance. I think mitov should do better with first two goals if I'm honest. Great fight back. Lazetic bullied quality defenders and should do really well in our league. My mate sivert was really good when he came on. As was shinnie TBF. Keskinen, worked hard but really doesn't know what to do with the ball. Milne was great and will probably be our next big sale in the summer. Feeling like it came together a lot more and that Jimmy might just get out of this... Might

  13. That’s the problem with the data-driven football decisions, there’s no statistic for “yass min” which means you end up with Jensen starting more games than Devlin. Nicky was immense tonight.

  18. Sure he came in there on Saturday. The boy frame must be crap. Can't decide if this is a good team or not . At this stage I think he's entitled to drop anyone or as suggested above he could be saving for Saturday.
