My missus was fae Falkirk. Spent a lot of time there over the years. Like the whole central belt, the town is full of glory hunting OF following bigot arseholes on both sides (we’ve got plenty up here too) but the locals who support the bairns (my father in law was one - season ticket holder for decades) are generally pretty sound folk.
I’ve always had a lot of respect for the folk from these central belt small towns who resist the lure of the scum and support the local team - just a shame theres not more of them.
Huns are cunts wherever they are dragged up, canna write off a whole town - especially down there - just because of them…
I suspect blinlemon is referring to the fact there have been regular protests outside a hotel in Falkirk by concerned locals/racist cunts for a number of months now. Seem to be a particularly vile bunch from the photos on line although from the number of Hun tops in the photographs I doubt many of these knuckle dragging fucknuggets will be at game on Saturday.
Willing to suspend your disbelief for the Upside Down, Demogorgons and the Mind Flayer but when it comes the popularity of Manchester bands in Mid West America in the 80s, that's where it falls down?
Finished Stranger Things & feels like I started watching it in the 80s
I’ve no idea if I enjoyed it or not. It’s great to look at but there’s just so many things wrong with it at the same time
Kids in America wearing Fall T-Shirts? Fuck off
This will just be more of the same dross - rinse and repeat.
Why? Cause that’s what we’ve been watching for over a year now, and this guy clearly hasn’t got a clue what to do to change it.
We might sneak a point, we might even somehow shithouse a win a la St Mirren & Killie - the fitba played will remain honking, indecipherable & unacceptable though.
Happy new year everyone!!
I share your enthusiasm. We are consistent. Consistently shite and have been for a year now. Maybe the odd good performance but even in wins, which doesn’t happen that much, we’re a dire watch.
falkirk were much more appealing on the eye when they beat us at home, think that was the Devlin red game?
we may sneak a point, maybe three, but it will be an awful watch.
20, 19 and 19. Players signed for the future, presumably by "the board" rather than the manager, who sees them in training every day and must feel they're not ready for the first team yet. They've plenty time to come good and prove themselves. Better to let them cool their heels than throw them into a struggling team.
