  1. I love how we bring everyone back and give them a free header anyway. Been doing this shit since Craig Brown LEAVE SOME CUNT UP FRONT FOR FUCK SAKES

  2. Thank fuck I'm not the only one who finds that infuriating. So frustrating we do it in every game. You would think one manager would realise it just doesn't work.

  3. Yep - the players just confirmed yet again what we already knew. None have the mental, physical or technical ability - or the will and desire - to get us out of this hole. We’d be in this position whoever the manager is. Its beyond fixing with this lot. I’m with Rico though and do blame Robinson for that lineup. Completely sold us from minute one with that midfield - or lack of midfield. He should have changed it after 20 minutes, not waited until half time, why do managers insist on doing that when its clear things are not working? I’ve nothing to say really about those players, none of them are worth the effort. What I will say is Lazetic needs put in the same cupboard Milanovic has been locked in and never seen in a Dons shirt again. That boy offers absolutely nothing, apart from free kicks to the opposition. Just abysmal. I’m pretty sure we’re going down now. Well done to all involved at the club, some effort that…

  5. Exactly...we used to pull Morris back into the box at corners presumably because his height and awareness was vital.

  7. Can't understand why Loban didn't start as we needed pace out wide and Jensen invariably when he gets the ball out wide looks back to see who he can pass to. Another thing we've learned today is that Jack Milne can't take throw-ins...doesn't help when Lazatic stands behind his man...I mean, for fuck sake, anyone one of us who'd played fitba at any level know that we've got to be in front of the defender.

  8. It’ll be the 56th anniversary of his goal in the 1970 cup final.

  9. Disorganised, plus a bunch of guys with zero physicality and who cannot time a jump and win a header properly. There is absolutely nothing any manager can do to fix it with this lot. I hate having everyone back too, but the only thing leaving someone up will achieve with this shower is saving them having to run to the halfway line to kick off after the goal we’ve just conceded…

  10. If only the fitba team was fixed as easily and quickly.

  12. That was due to be posted at half time but like others couldn't reply. I was practically pretty calm at that point. Now on train home and fuck you AFC and all the wage thiefs. Bin the fucking lot of them See you at a Seaside League ground in 2026/27

  13. Aye, the starting lineup was terrible. Even after 20 minutes, it was obvious that we needed to put an extra man in midfield, he should have just dropped Keskinen back and played Bilalovic and Lazetic centrally and asked the fullbacks to step up a bit. That would have stemmed the flow a little. As poor as I thought Aremu was, he and Shinnie were completely sold out by that lineup. Although Aremu continued to be fairly gash for the remainder of the game, he certainly improved with the second half changes. We're just a very poor squad though, and even with the marginal improvement in the second half, we're really going to struggle with any eleven that we can choose from. Armstrong probably the only one who might get pass marks today. Being generous.

  14. It's a bit unfair to single out one player. They're all pish.

  15. Jensen is pish! ... confirmed.

  16. We were never in it. Robinson tried to be clever with his starting line up and made a right arse of it. In our situation keep it simple but unfortunately that word describes everyone associated with the club at the moment (football wise).

  17. Absolutely indefensible. Dreadful start, no zip, intensity or frankly desire at all and it didn’t get any better. One thing we’ve learnt though - he’s not managed to sort out the set piece defending - or any defending. I don't think anyone can do anything with those centre halfs, not one of them can do any of the basics. I don’t blame Robinson for any of that. These players are a disgrace. They are not even putting in a shift. What can you do with players like that. I do blame Robinson for that formation though, outnumbered and out run in the middle all day has had us on the back foot from the first minute If this shower of shite avoids relegation it will be a miracle to be honest…

  19. I worked with a total god botherer a while back (apologies to any religious folks on here, but she was next level). I was pushing her buttons one year by thinking how odd the date always moves when it is supposed to commemorate Jesus' death - surely it should be a fixed date, and it's almost as if an existing celebration had been hijacked. She was absolutely adamant it always fell on the same day and I shouldn't be so insensitive about such a sombre occasion remembering our lord....blah blah blah. I was going to get out calendars of years gone by, and to point out it is always a Friday - Monday so the date must move at least a little, but I didn't have the energy so left her to it.

  20. Dear Great Chocolate Bunny in the sky, All I want for Easter is a win for us and a win for Hibs. I've been good all year. It's not too much to ask. Thanks, and long live bunny's and eggs, lambs and all the other treats that Easter stands for.

  22. The argument about going down being a good thing comes from diddy corner I suspect. Recently Livi and now St J fans have vocalised the idea that it’s more fun down there, playing with freedom, winning games not setting up every week to avoid relegation etc etc etc. Even Jambos have run that narrative previously, particularly when they had that season with Sevco and Hibs and they strolled it. They are a diddy club at heart. As already noted, they cheated to get most of recent trophies and half of their other ones were achieved in the 1800s before the Dons even existed. is there a game on today

  23. Stupidly overpriced. Horrendous timetable, which takes even longer than driving and a high chance of delays. Bus is another Ball ache too, so if flights cancelled we'll have to drive. Driving is the lesser of three evils, but see what happens in the coming weeks, but hopefully it all works out.

  24. The US wants to increase defence spending by $1.5 Trillion dollars and cut spending on education, welfare and environmental policies. Mind boggling numbers and the $1.5t is on top of the $200 billion, sought for the war in Iran. Over 40 million Americans rely on foodbanks https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/crr1q4kjvn2o

  25. Today is the day we need this shower of shyte to step up and show some semblance of being a team and win us three points, or at the very least, a spirited draw. Come on you fucking Redz.

  28. I hope you right and do think folk are waking up to his idiocy. I don't think the world can survive another two or three years of this shit, as he won't stop whilst in power. I can't agree with you on Starmer though, the guy should be nowhere near office, but 100% better than a Farage or a n other deform zoomer.

  32. Only an utter gluepot of an Aberdeen fan would want us relegated. Red John type fans. As I have posted many times on here and abmad, that it is a beautiful and proud feeling keeping fannies, who support inferior teams, in their place when they try and rip the piss out of us. Hearts might well win the league this season, and whilst I understand their fans will be rightly chuffed if they do it, we want to be able to remind them of their FIVE top flight relegations to bring them back down to earth with a bump and of course, even better if they do bottle it. It's the bitterness that makes it all worthwhile. I'm still confident we will avoid relegation, but we need to win some games. As an aside and totally hypothetical. Would anyone accept a relegation if it meant a top league title once we come back from it? I wouldn't, but was asked the question, this week.

  33. Exactly. There's no reason why we can't "regroup and clear out the dead wood" in the Premiership. Also, winning the Scottish Cup and then getting relegated the following season is for diddy clubs.

  34. I've heard the 'regroup........clear out the deadwood....' arguments. Absolute shite.

  37. Sadly this future started quite a while ago. I miss the days of watching things on set days, then chatting about them at work, and looking forward to 'next week'. What an old man thing to say. For me, Netflix is all about quantity - most of it is shite, some of it is pretty good. Very little of it sticks in your memory for more than about 2 days. It's just finding the right things. But we tend to spend more time looking for stuff to watch, so invariably give up and go back to council telly. We also tend to rotate our subscriptons - Netflix for a few months, Apple for a few. They always throw offers at you to come back, and there is never a long term commitment so you can just cancel whenever. Apple doesn't have masses of stuff, but they seem to have more quality things - at least we have found a lot more there that has some proper substance. We'll often take it when a freebie comes up for a month, keep it for three, blitz a load of stuff, then leave it for a year. I could happily live without the streaming sevices. For the most part, you are better with a book - unless you fall in to the trap my wife fell into of just reading the crap that is churned out by Amazon for your kindle. Mrs Tattie: Oooh, 99p. How bad can it be Me: Very - Like the last 40. Why don't you just buy a real book! That's my issue with modern life (or one of many). We have too much choice, and 99% of it is pish. We are just told we need all these options and believe 'them'. Real music (including heavy metal - but not C&W or freeform jazz), four channels and some good books, thatll do me.
