That place is something else. I usually go in to read but not post as this forum moves pretty slowly. It’s wild. Spend more time bickering and calling each other out than actually trading ideas and thoughts. I’ve started posting in P&B, quite like the multi-club nature of it but the Dons population is small so slow moving. I can’t see people voting for the Dumbarton Leftist Sheepshagging Alliance Party but I’d have it in my manifesto We are all aware of the upcoming problems humanity faces. There just isn’t the political will to deal with it - for now. Awareness of the problem combined with human ingenuity will offset a lot of it.

So I gave this one a go, but afraid to say I really struggled with it early doors and subsequently stopped reading. The problem with audio books for me, is that because I only really listen whilst walking the dog I'm hearing them in short snippets and if they don't grab me right away, I'm always going to struggle to continue with it, whereas it takes a lot for me not to finish a book that I'm actually reading. Don't know if that'll make sense or not, but just the way I am. Rattling through paperbacks and kindle editions at some rate as I'm now onto my 42nd book of the year and I have finished all of them

You may be onto something! Boomers don't really understand the internet so when right wing (Gen X) influencers post something they may not have the skill set to decipher it?
