Actually, I'm okay with the loan on one condition. If Cormack has information that Cormack park is built atop a disused mineshaft, accessible via trapdoor right at the front door. Upon signing, he's photographed outside, with a big cheeser underneath his Hun moustache, and invited back into the building. Cormack has switched the trap door for a bottomless rug, which Miovski steps on, falling 76 metres. He survives the fall, but after three days of screaming, he whispers a final "I'm sorry", before passing on to the place one floor below hell, reserved for all other Huns. The Dons report him missing after a week, and with nobody able to trace him, they are given a full refund of his wages to date and compensation of £100,000 from the Huns for their player's breaking of contract. Fourteen years later, the great grandson of Neil Simpson is taking a walk round the proposed site of a new underground training pitch, when he stands on Miovski's corpse, snapping his festering shin in two.5 points

If we bought him, he publicly apologised, took out a two page spread in the P&J outlining all the different ways Huns are pricks, then did a penitent walk of shame from Union St to Pittodrie, I’d consider it Other than that, the Rat can go take a right good fuck to himself3 points

I remember having a chat about Foster's loan to the huns with the much missed Donsdaft and he also used the term "shottie"2 points

Fuck having Miovski back. Fucker knew what he was doing when he signed for them. Surely we have to be better than that.2 points

Signing Huns is fine, sort of. Getting Huns on a borrow agreement (I think that's the correct term) is fucking unacceptable. It was unacceptable with Cameron, it's fifty times more unacceptable to borrow miovski. For obvious reasons. They're not writing off a huge fee only for Miovski to join the Dons. Borrow would be the only option, and it's totally unacceptable.1 point

We don't hate Celtic like we do the Huns and no-one could blame Hayes for wanting to play in the CL for his boyhood club. He had given us phenomenal service and he wasn't sleekit about it either. Re Knox it's a bit different with coaches. Snelders I never blamed at all because he was frozen out by Aitken who seemed to think Watt was better (fucking clown). What a shock that Walter Smith had a better eye for a goalie than Aitken. Cooper I don't know, I wasn't really a football fan at the time so don't know how it was received. I would also add Aluko to this list. I never gave him a hard time about going there as he had been OOC for a good few months and a man has to eat. Miovski is different because he bawled his eyes out, kissed the badge and then took to Instagram to say "moving forward I'll be the clubs biggest fan" which no-one forced him to do. Then he signs for them in less than a year. It's certainly the biggest slap in the face I've ever had from a player in my years as a fan. All that said, and as I mentioned a month or so ago here, prolific goalscorers are the easiest players to forgive and if he was to come back I know I'm fickle enough to forgive (though never forget) all sins pretty quickly if he's rattling them in.1 point

I would go wit this approach - with a cluse in his contract stating "if he hasn't scored 15 by Christmas, including a hattrick against the huns, we reserve the right to dismiss him"1 point

Dear old Dons Daft would be going apoplectic at this use of various tenses of the verb (or gerund) 'loan' being applied to the receiver, rather than correctly using the verb 'borrow'. That said, he was rather prone to losing his shit when it was also being applied as a noun - in which case loan was (and is) a perfectly acceptable term when speaking about givers and receviers. Ah DD, how worked up you got over nothing1 point

I don't understand the point of being an Aberdeen fan (or any team), if you loan back a player who joined your most hated rival (from them directly, obviously). He can get fucked.1 point

The second time rarely works out as well as the first. But with a suitable re-education process, perhaps a tattoo of Willie Miller and a promise to celebrate every goal against them by genuflecting on his knees in front of them, I’d give it a go. Heresy I know. Oh and a 30 minute RedTV interview where he confesses his crimes and swears on his mother’s life his agent made him do it. And maybe 10% of all future earnings going to a fund used to eradicate Hun supporting in the NE via a school based “education “ programme.1 point

There is a possibility that this comment might have to go out to the vote: Is this just taking things that little bit tooooooooooo far, Yengi or the rat?1 point

I'd have Miovski back in a heartbeat. We're signing players who could be decent for us - Ronan, Briedl and the Killie lads. We've a few young players with potential like Frame, Lobban and Keskinen. However, you need a Miovski or a Claudio Braga to elevate you to a different level. Would it be any different to Hayes coming back from Celtic, or Archie Knox winning titles at Rangers? Or how we feel about Snelders or Neale Cooper?1 point

You imagined it pal because quite frankly we didna play at all on the final day, never mind playing with any plan or structure in place, much like most of last season to be fair, and will be the reason for you drifting off a few times as I did the same (many games last season If I am being honest) Anyway, last season was exactly that and is history. Onwards and upwards from here, must admit to being relatively happy with our recent signings and if it's true we have agreed a deal for Ronan then that's another decent addition as well. It's a good start, and still a lot more work to be done. COYR1 point

Darmstadt fans loved him. They would have got promoted if Hornby hadn’t missed so many games. He just didn’t get going with the Dons though. Carrying too many injuries. A feature of his career perhaps. This meant he was awful in his first of three seasons at Darmstadt. 0 goals there too. Last season though he was amazing. And this too.1 point

Nigel Farage addresses the nation. Not about how he’s never had a constituency meeting, or missed 77 Parliament votes in a row, or the £5m he pocketed from a Thai crypto billionaire for Brexit/security/something else or the fact his burd paid £900k in cash, presumably from tips, for a house he’ll never live in No, he wants to launch a white lives matter campaign on the back of a murder where the victims family specifically said it they didn’t want it turned into an issue of race. I suppose those white lives don’t matter to Nige He is a cunt, so is every member of his company & so is every dribbling fuckwit that falls for it It’s a shame he walked out of that plane crash1 point

Kasper Schmeichel has retired at 39. He was a big part of our 2025 Scottish Cup success, so I wish him well.1 point

I guess the dynamics of buying football strips have changed in recent years. When I was a kid, getting the new strip was a birthday or Christmas present, then the kits lasted 2 years minimum. No point in buying a kit at Christmas now as it’ll be obsolete in 5 months, not ideal when they’re not a kick in the arse away from £100.1 point
