Artur Boruc may return to Scotland

 

We just came to Fiorentina, and in January it may go. Artur Boruc does want to be a backup goalie, and declared his willingness to depart if the situation does not change. This encouraged other clubs to act, including one from Scotland.

 

Boruc to Fiorentina hit with Glasgow Celtic, and now, as the Italian media to inform, interest in the Aberdeen FC. If the Polis goalkeeper came to this –as the Scottish average conditions – the club, the place would become his biggest star.

 

Fiorentina Authorities announced recently that it did not sell Boruc. The only hope for the Scots is therefore a loan. Especially since Aberdeen FC still can not afford a multimillion-dollar transfers.

 

Currently, a place between the goal posts titled Scottish ligowca struggling Mark Howard and Jamie Langfeld. None of them is not enough class goalkeeper, to effectively compete with Boruc, who this season had only two games in the Polish national team.

Can only assume nothnig will come of this.

Sell some of the un-needed striker and make room for Boruc. Doubt it's true though.

Well we could get rid of either Clangers or Howard, we do have Magennis!!!!

Maybe McGhee could move Langfield or Howard to one of the fullback positions when Boruc comes in.

Just what I was thinking. I say thinking, I meant the tiniest strand of possibility I could cling to. 

It seemed far fetched until you think about McGhees "Heads for Howard and Tails for Clangers" selection policy, then you think he's probably after a keeper and Boruc seems to be one of those so....

I thought he was after full backs for the last year or so. Foster is one of those and, well, you know what I mean.

There's no way he's coming to us. If he comes back to Scotland he will go back go Celtic where we would still be first choice.

I fucking hate Boruc. Another signing in the mould of Hartley though - hate him when he plays against AFC, hero if he does come. Would hope he would quit the pandering to the Catholic element of Celtic support though.

I'd say having 2 shite goalkeepers is one of the top 5 things that are fucking shite down at the Pitt right now.

Howards fairly mediocre, Langfield however is comfortably SPL quality. We need someone like Boruc as much as we needed Velicka, IE not in the slightest. Ditch some of our strikers (Magennis and Mackie for example), free up money for a full back and get our defence settled.

Boruc is a non story that's only appeared to give us something else to talk about other than the fact our club is shite and is being managed by a media hungry, big mouthed clown.

Boruc has made some howlers in his career also.

Fixed that for you. Since Leighton got binned Langfield has been fucking awful. Although, I do agree: Sort the fucking defence first.

Last season Langfield was 1 of 10, 11, 12...22 pish Aberdeen players. This season he's been 1 of our 1 not utterly gash keepers.

I do think in a fantasy world where Boruc would come to us with Fiorentina paying his wages, thus allowing us to punt a keeper and bring in a wing back/winger, we COULD potentially benefit.

But the story is pish, we'd never get him for wages we could even afford, and Langfield is in the top 3 or 4 SPL keepers anyway imo so replacing him now would be no more effective than pouring brown sauce down the back of your breechs after you've shat yourself.
