It is off the scale how old certain players looked back in the day. Ernie McGarr, a goalkeeper for Airdrie, looked about 60 and was only 25. Jute Posted May 1 Report Share Posted May 1 I had the sticker books from 78 to 86 and bought my brother the 90 one and my nephew the 98 one so I could secretly keep doing them. Frightening how much of the stickers and books I remembered. For some reason, it was always Man City players that I remember most from them. Steve McKenzie. Paul Power, Joe Corrigan, Tommy Caton, Tommy Hutchison and on and on Would struggle to name a current Man City player, but well versed on the early to mid 80s ones.
