The Inverness Masons are leading Dumbarton 7-0 at HT in some minor skirmish in Dumbarton (sorry Mason).

Alfie Bavidge - whose granda, Mitch, I can remember banging in goals for Keith decades ago - has scored four.8

Fuck the Heelan Hun Caley bstds, but fine work from the loon.

I recall watching Mitch Bavidge cutting his teeth at Stoney Juniors before heading to the Highland League.

Played in the Hive team that got to the last 16 of the Scottish before getting knocked out by eventual runners-up Linlithgow Rose......73-ish?

What result are we wanting between the two minks tonight? Both losing doesn't appear to be an option annoyingly, but does a jute win help or hinder us?

Similar question for todays game of Hearts v Sevco, I'd say a draw suits us best

On another note, that Guantanamo Bay Sevco away strip is truly horrible.

Not that I follow English football as closely as I used to, but i wouldn't mind seeing Aston Villa win the league. I've had a bit of a soft spot for them for years. I am not sure exactly why.

Always seemed to be a decent club. Had mates that were Blues and Villa fans, the latter always just seemed more likeable / less scummy for reasons unknown.

3 points off top so definitely in the title race. League race down there looks like it will decent this season.

Yep, can’t help thinking we made a mistake there letting him walk…

I think Armstrong is a marginally better player, but we're not getting four years out of him (I wouldn't be surprised if we only get one), and Hibs got a player with a good three years, at least, left in him. Just another bit of bad business from us. I think it's fairly clear that we had no intention of signing Armstrong until he happened to be a free agent at the end of the window, so it's another case of how poor the squad building has been. Imagine we had let McGrath leave and missed out on Armstrong too? We'd have been left with nothing. Or worse, Milanovic.
