Sandaldinho Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 was reading a post this morning http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A65332956 was interested in the bit about the playing surface. everyone can see that the pitch we are playing on is a tattie field, making playing football difficult at the best of times. i've not been to Pittodrie this season and have only managed the Raith game in Kdy (again the pitch was attrocious) but was wondering if this could be a factor in our poor form just now, and if so how much of a factor? The winter obviously hasn't helped but apparently undersoil heating doesn't help either. Takes up a lot of space and the grass can't root as well as it should meaning its not as resilient.
