Football stadiums are normally snapped up by retail developers so the fact this is a 13.2 acre residential site with outline planning permission, close to the beach and city centre in a city which apparently still has a fairly decent property market should have them sniffing blood. Im relatively hopefull especially since the council wont be selling it.
