In Budapest their eyes are alive with intelligence and humour. Years of crap TV destroys the average UK females brain before the inevitable lifelong addiction to anti depressants kicks in. In her case though, she's quite obviously severely mentally disturbed so she's not the average you're talking about. Beautiful natures stand out so obviously in North East women because there are so few of them.
