The Republic are away to Moldova on Sunday, I would be happy if Jonny is left on the bench again for now.  He has to be knocking on the door for a starting place soon though.

As long as he doesn't get injured but would be nice for him if he at least gets half an hour.  It's good having three players from our squad in theirs.  Can't ever be a bad thing.

Both Johnny and Rooney unused subs again tonight.

 

While it's good that both come back uninjured it would have been nice to see them get a wee run out.

 

I see that  McLean scored 2 though.... after me being critical of him too.
