Pork Ribs, dry rubbed and cooking already, Chicken wings in marinade Pork fillet in marinade Steaks just going straight on over the coals Homemade burgers away to get made Tatties and veg to be done later! Had the chicken marinading in spices overnight, put it all together at 5:30 this morning when i got in and it's now bubbling away on the hob, to be served at 12, half rice half chips, the smell is wafting round the workshop...
