It will be open from 1pm to 5pm on the Friday. This is for essential upgrading of the ticket office software and for training. This is for essential upgrading of the ticket office software and for training in a bit to ensure the phone lines don't crash at 9am on Saturday morning when semi final tickets go on sale. All staff will also receive an in-depth course on counting to 30 without missing out numbers.
